Srinagar: Family of a 2010 unrest victim Wamiq Farooq is holding a seminar at Chanamohalla Rainawari here on his second death anniversary on Tuesday (January 31).
“Members of Bar Association, pro-freedom parties and civil society are invited to attend the seminar,” Wamiq’s father Farooq Ahmad Wani said.
