PULWAMA — A 40-year-old woman died of electrocution after she suffered an electric shock at her home in south Kashmir. The incident occurred at Lethpora area of Pulwama.
Police sources said that Naseema Jan wife of Firdous Ahmad Bhat suffered burn injuries after receiving shock from an electric heater.
She was rushed to Sub-District Hospital Pampore, where doctors declared her dead.
“The incident has been recorded as a case of accidental death,” said a police official.
