SRINAGAR — A 28-year-old woman allegedly ended her life by hanging herself at her residence in Mehjoor Nagar area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Thursday.
Reports received from a local news agency said that a woman from Mehjoor Nagar area of Srinagar was found hanging at her residence.
The reports said that she was taken to hospital where doctors declared her dead while the cause behind taking this extreme step wasn’t immediately known.
Meanwhile, the local police have taken cognizance of the incident and started an investigation in this connection.
