Won’t take any step against interests of Kashmiris: Guv Malik

SRINAGAR — Governor Satya Pal Malik Sunday said that no decision or step will be taken against the aspirations of Kashmiris.

Governor Malik said that he has also chaired a meeting following the panic in Kashmir over some rumours. “I want to assure people that no step or a decision will be taken against the interest of Kashmiris.”

He added that some persons are involved in creating panic in Kashmir and he has also briefed the situation to New Delhi.

Malik said that there was halt in arrival of supply from last 15 days, therefore, the frequent orders were made from last evening. (KNS)
