Wreath laying ceremony held for slain trooper in Srinagar

SRINAGAR — A wreath laying ceremony was held at RTC Humhama Campus of CRPF this morning.

Pertinently, 4 CRPF personnel including Constable Bhoya Rajesh, Head Constable Deep Chand Verma, Constable Deepak Patil and Constable Nilesh Patil were injured in militant attack in Sopore yesterday. One among the 4 troopers, Head Constable Deep Patil, succumbed to his injuries.

For the slain trooper, a wreath laying ceremony was observed in which top police and CRPF officers participated. Floral tributes were paid to the slain trooper.
