J&K RMSA Recruitment 2018 for 30 Orderly Posts

Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyaan has announced the J&K RMSA Recruitment 2018 for 30 Orderly Posts.

The recruitment was announced by Noor Society, State implementing society for Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyaan, through the Advertisement Notice No. Edu/RMSA/Adm/01/2018; Dated: 19-04-2018.

“In pursuance of Government Order No. 1142-GAD of 2017; Dated: 08-09-2017 and in compliance to Administrative Department’s Letter No. Edu/Plan-SE/609/2017-18; Dated: 25-10-2017, applications are invited on prescribed format (which can be downloaded from official website: www.jkrmsa.com) along with self attested copies of documents from the eligible candidates for engagement purely on contractual basis on consolidated salary in the Noor Society (State Implementing Agency for RMSA, J&K),” reads the official notification.

The breakup of Posts under J&K RMSA Recruitment 2018 for 30 Orderly Posts is as follows:

The eligible candidates for J&K RMSA Recruitment 2018 for 30 Orderly Posts must submit their application forms along with the documents by or before 15th of May, 2018 only through Speed Post with POD (Proof of Delivery) in the office of State Project Director RMSA, Rawatpora, Baghat-i-Barzulla, behind Bone and Joint Hospital, Srinagar.

The candidates who have already applied for the post of Orderlies Advertised vide Notification No. Edu/RMSA/Adm/01/2016; Dated: 24-06-2016 need not apply again and their claim will be considered for both District as well as State Level Post.

Terms & Conditions for Engagement:

1. The engagement shall be purely on Term Contract Basis for one year only. Contract shall be liable to be terminated without any notice in case of performance below acceptable standard.

2. The candidate shall fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned for the Post.

3. The candidate should be a Permanent Resident of the State of Jammu & Kashmir.

4. The age as per SRO 165 of 2014, Dated: 09-06-2014 issued by Finance Department shall be minimum 18 years and not more than 40 years in case of General Category candidates, 43 years for reserved category candidates, 42 years for physically challenged candidates and 48 years in case of Ex-serviceman candidates as on 01-01-2018 shall be accepted.

5. The selected candidate shall have to file an affidavit undertaking (duly attested by Sub Registrar Judicial) to the effect that they will not claim any entitlement for absorption in Government service or in the Society at any stage of their engagement with the society or thereafter at the closure of the project.

6. Applicants shall be eligible to apply only from the District of their Permanent residence.

7. The applications should be accompanied by qualification certificates including Marks Sheet, Permanent Resident Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Category Certificate, if any, as per SRO 294 and other related documents duly self attested.

8. The application form should be attached with a Draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of State Coordinator, RMSA, J&K payable at J&K Bank Moving Secretariat.

9. A candidate applying for both District as well as State Level Post may apply separately and shall have to pay fee for each Post separately.

10. The selection of District Level Posts will be done on District Based Merit. However, candidates who have already applied vide Notification No. Edu/RMSA/Adm/01 /2016; Dated: 24-06-2016 will be considered for both District as well as State Level Post.

11. The candidate should write Name of the Post applied for and Name of the District on top of the envelop. Otherwise, the forms will be rejected.

12. Extension may be accorded only after consideration and recommendation of the Performance Evaluation Committee of the Directorate to be setup by the State Project Director.
