The Ministry of Defence has issued a job advertisement notification to recruit Lower Division Clerk (LDC) posts. The recruitment will be regular based. Eligible candidates can apply through the offline procedure. As per the requirement, the total number of posts are 11. The number of posts can increase or decrease without any notice.

Pay Scale: Candidates who get selected for Lower Division Clerk (LDC) posts will get a monthly payment of Rs. 5200/- to Rs. 20,200/- per month plus Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- plus TA or DA.

Educational Eligibility: Qualification is intermediate for all candidates. Knowledge of English typing on computer i.e, 35 words per minute and should also have knowledge of Hindi typing on computer i.e. 30 words per minute.

Age: Candidates belonging to General or unreserved categories must have age limit in between 18 years to 25 years. Relaxable up to 10 years for physically handicapped persons and up to 5 years for SC/ST categories.

Application Fee: Application fee is nil for candidates belonging to all categories.

Selection Process: Selection will be through Screening of Application Forms, Written Exam, Typing Test. Written exam will carry 200 marks. Time duration is 2 hours. Topics are General Intelligence, English, Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness.

How To Apply:  Application forms through Offline mode only are required.
1) Interested candidates should visit the official website of Ministry of Defence and download the prescribed application form.
2) Fill the form with all required details and paste a recent passport-size photograph on it.
3) Put your signature and send it to the below address before 08.04.2016.
