JKSSB extends form submission date for Panchayat Secretary post

SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) on Thursday extended the last date for filling out the online application form for the post of Panchayat Secretary in Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, various cadres issued vide Notification No. 03 of 2022; Dated: 26-05-2022.

“Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB) vide Advertisement Notice No. 03 of 2022; dated 26-05-2022 invited online applications from eligible candidates for participating in the selection process for District Cadre Posts of Panchayat Secretary, (Rural Development & Panchayati Raj),” the notification said.

It added that the last date for filing of online application forms was 06-07-2022 which was earlier extended on the request of candidates up to 13-07-2022; and, whereas, the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board again received representations from the candidates for extension in the last date for filing of online application forms, and the Board has examined the matter and it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of online application for the advertised vide aforementioned advertisement Notification No. 03 of 2022; dated 26-05-2022.

“Now, therefore, in the light of the above, the last date for submission of online applications for the posts advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 03 of 2022; dated 26-05-2022 shall now be 16.07.2022 instead of 13-07-2022,” it said.

The Board has advised the interested candidates to avoid the last-minute rush by submitting the online application forms well in advance.
