SRINAGAR — In a recent reorganization ahead of its legislative party leadership decision, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed Sat Paul Sharma, a former MLA, as the new president of its Jammu & Kashmir unit.

The move marks the replacement of Ravinder Raina, who has been elevated to serve as a national executive member of the party.

The official communique confirming Sharma’s appointment and Raina’s new role has also been issued, according to the news agency KNS.
