JAMMU — Chief Minister Omar Abdullah made his inaugural visit to the Civil Secretariat Jammu on Monday. Upon arrival, he was warmly welcomed by legislators, leaders and officials, setting a positive tone for his interaction with key stakeholders from the Jammu region.
During his visit, Omar Abdullah engaged in productive discussions with ministers, legislators and regional leaders, demonstrating his commitment to fostering collaboration and open communication.
“This outreach effort shows his dedication to addressing the unique needs and concerns of the Jammu region,” NC leader from Jammu, Ajay Sadhotra was quoted as having told the news agency KNT.
“As the first Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir since the abrogation of Article 370, Omar Abdullah’s visit to the Civil Secretariat Jammu holds great significance. His leadership comes at a crucial time and his actions will shape the future of the region,” he added.
