PULWAMA — The Royal Premier League Pulwama 2026 has begun, with 10 local teams from Kashmir participating and matches being played at the Sports Stadium Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir.

The tournament, also known as the Pulwama Premier League or RPL, started on August 19, when Sultan Warriors Baramulla played Royal Goodwill Cricket Club in the season’s opening match.

The Royal Premier League Pulwama 2026 is among the biggest cricket leagues in Jammu and Kashmir in terms of prize money. To pounce upon the huge amount, 10 teams are participating.

The teams include Al Noor Kings Pulwama, Bhat Lions Kupwara, Sultan Warriors Baramulla, Valley Stars Ganderbal, United Imports Srinagar, The Real Sultan Sumerbugh, Royal Goodwill Cricket Club, Valley Fresh Cold Chain, Muraad Cricket Club and Al Fallah Cricket Club.

Groups

The Royal Premier League Pulwama 2026 teams have been divided into two groups of five each. Four teams will qualify for the quarter-finals, with the lowest-ranked side in each group bowing out. The participating teams have been pooled into the following two Royal Premier League groups:

Schedule

Two matches in the Royal Premier League Pulwama 2026 are scheduled per day, at 1:00 pm IST and 5:00 pm IST, except on the opening day and the final league-stage match day. This pattern continues until August 28. The final league-stage match, between Al Fallah Cricket Club and United Imports Srinagar, will be played at 5:00 pm IST.

The schedule has so far been listed up to the quarterfinal stage, with quarterfinals set for August 30, 31 and September 01.
