One policeman was killed and another injured after militants attacked a joint party of Police and paramilitary CRPF in Pulwama district of south Kashmir on Thursday.

Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested three youth who had purportedly posted photographs on the social media holding guns and announced that they had joined militant ranks.

Budgam Police on Wednesday claimed to have busted a module of militants affiliated with Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) and arrested four persons who were working as Over Ground Workers (OGW) of militants in the district.
