PULWAMA — A man was killed in a road accident in Awantipora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said on Friday.
Police sources said that a motorcyclist, who was on way to Srinagar, was hit by a speedy truck on road, resulting into the death of one person identified as Nazir Ahmad Sofi, son of Sanaullah Sofi, a resident of Munawarabad, Anantnag.
Nazir was working in Jammu and Kashmir Police department as ASI.
