Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued guidelines for arrival of tourists in the Union territory.

With the authorities in Baramulla having enforced lockdown, SOPs in the district for containment of COVID-19, the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr G N Itoo Sunday said that they have not closed Gulmarg tourist place for the visitors.

The Jammu and Kashmir Government is soon going to reopen the Union Territory for tourism, officials said on Monday.

Expressing concern that people were not following COVID-19 guidelines, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir P K Pole Monday said he has directed tourism development authorities not to allow any person to visit tourist places.
