All mainstream political leaders are stooges of New Delhi; Mehbooba sheds Crocodile Tears: Hurriyat (G)

Srinagar, Dec 5: Reacting to Peoples Democratic Party president, Mehbooba Mufti’s statement in which she had praised the Army for maintaining security in J&K, both factions of the Hurriyat Conference Monday alleged that firebrand PDP president had double standards.
While speaking at Hindustan Times Conclave in New Delhi, Mehbooba had said that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah should give “honourable exit” to the security forces from J&K.
Hurriyat Conference (G) spokesman, Ayaz Akbar told KNS that Mehbooba’s statement wasn’t unexpected. “All mainstream political leaders are stooges of New Delhi and it is expected from them,” he said.
Akbar alleged that Mehbooba sheds crocodile tears when people are killed by the army in Kashmir. “But she praises the same army in Delhi. It shows her double standards,” he added.
Hurriyat Conference (M) spokesperson while reacting to Mehbooba’s statement said, “They are befooling the people and giving certificates to killers. Mehbooba should clear her party policy. They say one thing in Kashmir and other in Delhi. Here they say Army is doing injustice with people and in Delhi they say they are doing commendable job,” he added.
The spokesperson claimed that Mehbooba’s statement shows her double standards.
