12th Class results in the next few days: JKBOSE

Srinagar: Board of School Education Friday said that it will take  them couple of days to declare annual results for 12th Class students from Kashmir Zone.

BOSE Chairman Zahoor Ahmed Chatt responded after some Whatsapp groups and web portals quoting Chatt as having said that TDC results for Kashmir Zone will be declared on Friday evening.

“The reports attributed to me are totally false. It will take couple of days to declare TDC results for Kashmir Division. The results for Jammu Division have been declared,” he said.

The Kashmir Pulse news report, yesterday, made it clear that the results of 12th Class for Winter Zone (Jammu Province) were going to be declared and not Kashmir Province.

JKBOSE declared 12th Class results for Winter Zone (Jammu Province) yesterday evening, keeping in view the Supreme Court guidelines.

The Supreme Court recently held that exam results should be declared in the evening time so that both students and their parents can check the results at their homes without any hassles.

For the convenience of the students, JKBOSE has made the result available through SMS mode for which the candidates have to send a text message by typing JKBOSE12 followed by a space Roll No. and send the same to 5676750 e.g., JKBOSE12 Roll No.
