Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has been adjudged as the second top futuristic Board of India.
“It is a matter of great pleasure that the J&K State Board of School Education has been adjudged as second top futuristic School Board of India 2017 among 35 School Boards of the Country by the editorial board of ReTHINK INDIA on a host of analytical parameters,” a Board official revealed.
In this regard, Prof Zahoor Ahrnad Chatt, Chairman JKBOSE has been honored with a momento at a felicitation ceremony organised on National Technology Day on 11th of May 2017 at India International Centre, New Delhi as a part of National Convention of Futuristic Schools of India.
This felicitation has been awarded in recognition of the services being offered by the JKBOSE to its stake holders at even the remotest and cut-off areas of the State after switching over to come online services like online submission of re-evaluation forms and application forms for obtaining Xerox copies of answer-scripts together with deposition of prescribed fees through payment gateways.
Providing of results through SMS services, availability of syllabi of the classes in PDF format on its official website, besides making available all the result notifications, examination, calendar, status of affiliation and other main activities of JKBOSE on its website, which has brought convenience to the stakeholders, who are not required now to visit the JKBOSE office for such services, has also been hailed.
