SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the postponement of all examinations scheduled till April 4 in Kashmir Valley and the winter zone of Jammu division.

The decision in this regard has been taken at a high-level meeting which was convened in the wake of incessant rains and looming flood threat in the state, Secretary JKBOSE, Veena Pandita said.

“All exams of Class 10th and Class 12th practical examinations scheduled on April 1, 2, 3 and 4 shall stand postponed,” she said.

The Secretary said that examinations scheduled on April 6 and onwards will be held as per schedule while a fresh date sheet regarding postponed papers will be announced separately.
