SRINAGAR — The University of Kashmir has rescheduled the Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test (JKSET)/Ladakh State Eligibility Test (LASET) 2026, shifting the examination start time from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm on October 25.
According to a notice issued by the JKSET Agency, University of Kashmir, candidates appearing for the examination across Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh must report to their respective examination centres by noon.
The notice also states that the interval between the two papers has been reduced from 20 minutes to 15 minutes. All other examination instructions will remain unchanged.
The revised schedule was announced through a notice dated October 21, 2026, signed by Professor Aijaz Ahmad, Member Secretary, JKSET/LASET.
Candidates have been advised to take note of the revised timings and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
