LS Polls: Classwork to be suspended in Sopore’s 7 institutes

BARAMULLA — District administration Baramulla on Thursday said that seven educational institutes have been identified as accommodation for government forces personnel incoming for LS Polls. The identified institutes shall remain closed from April 5 to April 12.

According to reports, the institutes include the campus of Agricultural University in Wadoora area of Sopore.

The institutions also include SKUAST Wadoora, Degree college cum Higher Secondary School Hadipora, Government Higher Secondary School Edipora, Government Boys Higher Secondary School Sopore, Government Girls Higher Secondary School Dangiwacha, Government Degree College Sopore and Government Higher Secondary School Dangiwacha.

The premises of the educational institutions will be used as ‘accommodation for the incoming government forces for the Parliamentary Elections.’
