Winter vacations for Valley schools declared

Srinagar: The state government today declared winter holidays for schools in the Kashmir valley, an official said here in the summer capital Srinagar.
He said winter vacation for classes up to middle standard will begin from from December 3, and  for higher classes from December, 17, 2012 up to February 28, 2013.
