COVID-19: Health workers in Pulwama visit people in fields for vaccination

PULWAMA — A COVID-19 vaccination drive was held on Friday in different villages of southern Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

The drive was extra-ordinary given the fact that the health workers involved in the drive visited not just door-to-door but also went to agricultural fields to vaccinate people who were working in their fields.

The drive was imminent as there was a surge in new cases in many villages of the southern district.

Pertinently, an NGO “Doctors For You” was also engaged in the drive apart from the health workers working in District Hospital Pulwama.
