The armies traded gunfire including mortars after, as Army official claimed, unprovoked ceasefire violation by the Pakistan Army.

They fired mortars and used small arms firing to target the Indian Army early today morning. The fire was effectively retaliated, they said.

“Cross border firing started on LoC in Sunderbani sector on Monday early morning at 05:30 AM,” they said.
