Some locals are infuriated and hope the administration will halt the work. But till Thursday afternoon, the construction work was going on. “We request police and administration to stop the construction work and stop people from assembling at one place,” said a local.

Another local said they are not against the construction work, but the time is not opportune and people should follow the government directives which are for the welfare of the people.
