
SRINAGAR — Security forces have recovered arms and ammunition from a government school in the Awantipora area of southern Kashmir’s Pulwama district, unnamed officials were quoted by the news agency CNS as having said.
They said that in a joint operation of police, 42 Rashtriya Rifles and 130 Battalion of CRPF, arms and ammunition from Government Primary School Larmooh were recovered.
He said that the arms and ammunition included a grenade, UBGL, electric denotator, non-electric detonator, 10 bullets, and a pistol magazine.
“Further investigation in this regard is going on,” the officials said.
