Civilian shot dead in south Kashmir’s Tral

SRINAGAR — Unknown gunmen on Sunday evening shot dead a civilian in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

According to reports reaching here, a civilian identified as Ghulam Nabi Mir, son of Sana-ul-llah Mir, of Tral Payeen village was fired upon by unidentified gunmen this evening.

They said Mir was rushed to a local hospital for treatment where doctors declared him brought dead.

A police official also confirmed the incident.
