Grenade attack on government forces in Shopian

SRINAGAR — Suspected militants hurled a grenade followed by firing on security forces in Bonbazar area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Wednesday.

A senior Police officer said that militants lobbed a grenade followed by firing on the forces. However, in this incident, no loss of life or injury has been reported.

Meanwhile, whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
