Grenade attack on SBI guard post in Pulwama

PULWAMA — Suspected militants on Tuesday evening lobbed a grenade towards a guard post of State Bank of India in main town Pulwama.

An official said that the grenade was thrown towards the guard post which, however, exploded outside.

“The genade exploded with a bang and grenade was followed by firing which was retialated,” he said.

The official, however, said that there were no injuries to anyone and area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
