SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a person along with arms and ammunition in Dragad area of Zainapora in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
A senior Police officer, as per news agency GNS, said that a man identified as Bilal Ahmad during checking at Naka was arrested with arms and ammunition by a joint team of J&K Police, Indian Army’s 44RR and 178 Battalion CRPF.
“A case has been registered in this regard and investigation has been taken up,” the officer added.
