SRINAGAR — One militant has been killed in the encounter that broke out between government forces and militants in Handew village of Shopian district in south Kashmir.
An official confirmed about killing of one militant and said that the firing was stopped.

Pertinently, this is the second gunfight in south Kashmir today.
Earlier in the day, three JeM militants, one civilian and an Army man was killed in a fierce gunfight in Pulwama.
