Militants’ hideout busted in Ganderbal

GANDERBAL — Police on Wednesday claimed to have busted a militant hideout in Ganderbal area of central Kashmir.

A police official said that on a credible input, police and other forces busted a militant hideout in Gagangeer area of Ganderbal.

“During the search operation, a hideout of militants was busted in the Gagengeer area,” he said.

He said that incriminating material including arms and ammunition was recovered.

He said, “Police has registered a case in the instant matter and investigation has been initiated.”
