SRINAGAR — Police identified two militants who were killed in an encounter at Kandi, Kalantera area of Baramulla district in north Kashmir yesterday.
A police official said that one among slain militants is a local namely Aamir Rasool Kaboo of Arampora Sopore and his body has been handed over to his family for last rites.
He identified the second slain militant as a Pakistan national namely Sabir Bhai.
The officer said that both the militants were affiliated with Jaish-e-Muhammad militant oufit.
