SRINAGAR — A newly recruited militant has been arrested by the police and security forces in in Kulgam district of south Kashmir, officials said on Friday.
A police officer said that ‘C-Category’ militants identified as Shakir Ahmad from Ardkhera Imamsahib Shopian was arrested by police and security forces at Frisal Yaripora area of Kulgam.
