PULWAMA — District Police Pulwama has sought the help of the general public to trace the whereabouts of a kidnapper namely Aqib Ahmad Chopan son of Manzoor Ahmad Chopan, a resident of Fras Pora, Pulwama.
According to the police statement, the accused has kidnapped a girl on September 3, 2020.
The news of the kidnapping has sent shockwaves across the society and local civil society has also requested the police to nab the accused as soon as possible.
Pulwama Police has already filed a case in this regard bearing FIR No. 204/20 U/S 366-IPC, registered in Police Station Pulwama.
“Any person having any information about the accused person may feel free to inform Pulwama Police on phone numbers: 9419036996, 01933-241280, 01933-241221 and his identity will be kept confidential,” the statement said.
