SRINAGAR — National Investigating Agency (NIA) on Saturday produced two accused in the Pulwama attack case before the court of law in Jammu.
NIA is probing Lethpora, Pulwama suicide attack in which over 40 CRPF personnel were killed last year. The probe agency has arrested seven persons so far including a father-son and father-daughter duo.
The agency in a recent raid arrested Muhammad Abbas at Hakripora and Waiz-ul-Islam in Bagh-e-Mehtab area of Srinagar outskirts.
Both Muhammad Abbas and Waiz-ul-Islam were produced before NIA court. The court granted a 7-day remand for the duo. Both were taken into NIA custody shortly after the pronouncement of the court.
