Shopkeeper injured after being shot at in Tral

SRINAGAR — A civilian was on Thursday evening shot at by the suspected militants in Midoora village of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Sources said that a civilian identified as Muzaffar Ahmad, a shopkeeper by profession was this evening shot at by the suspected militants in Midoora Tral.

They said that two bullets were fired at him this evening, leaving him seriously wounded.

Muzaffar was shifted to a Srinagar hospital for specialized treatment, sources said.

Meanwhile, search operation has been launched to nab the attackers.
