Two residential houses damaged in Noorbagh blaze

SRINAGAR — At least two residential houses were damaged in a fire incident in Guzarbal area of Noorbagh in the summer capital Srinagar on Monday morning.

Reports, as per the news agency KDC, said that two residential houses were gutted in a fire incident in the Guzarbal area this morning.

They said that fire tenders doused the flames on time and prevented any further damage. However, there was no loss of life or injury reported in this incident.

A police officer also confirmed the fire mishap and said that cognizance of the incident has been taken, and the cause of the fire was not immediately known. However, the investigation has been set into motion.
