Government Medical College Jammu Recruitment – 180 Vacancies

Applications on plain paper are invited from eligible candidates for appointment on academic arrangement basis as per SRO-384 of 2009 dated: 14-12-2009 read with SRO-409 of 2013 for the posts shown below for a period of one year extendable up to maximum of six years (One year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection is made in accordance with the rules of recruitment governing the post, whichever is earlier.

Position: Junior Grade Nurse

No.of Posts: 180

Salary: 5200 – 20200 + 2400

Qualification: 10 + 2 or above with Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institute.

Age: Maximum age at the time of application should be 63 years.

a. State Subject Certificate.
b. Date of Birth Certificate.
c. Qualification Certificate / Essential Certificate as well as desirable (Marks Sheet and Diploma).
d. Category Certificate.
e. Experience Certificate.

Mode of Selection: The selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of merit/eligibility as prescribed In SRO-384 of 2009 issued by the Department of Health Medical Education J&K Government.
