J&K RMSA Programmer & Assistant Programmer Recruitment 2017

Noor Society, which is the state Implementing Society for Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan and handles its complete operations in Jammu and Kashmir, has announced J&K RMSA Programmer & Assistant Programmer Recruitment 2017.

Previously, J&K RMSA had announced some attractive job vacancies for the unemployed youth of J&K. Among these were 550 Subject Teacher vacancies for Higher Secondary Schools of J&K. It is pertinent to mention here that those candidates who failed to apply for these posts have been given one more chance as J&K RMSA has extended the Online Registration Dates up to 3rd July, 2017.

In this post, we will provide you complete details about Jammu and Kashmir Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan’s J&K RMSA Programmer & Assistant Programmer Recruitment 2017. This recruitment is specifically for those job seekers who have completed their Degrees in Computer Applications.

The notification issued by J&K RMSA invites job applications for the post of Programmer and Assistant Programmers at State as well as District level.

UPDATE: Noor Society has issued a notification (dated: 14-07-2017) announcing Extention of Job Application Submission Date for this recruitment process. The notification reads, “In continuation to Advertisement Notification No. Edu/SPD/RMSA/2220-22/2017, dated: 19/06/2017 published in Daily Excelsior and Greater Kashmir and on RMSA website www.rmsa.jk.gov.in, it is hereby informed that the last date for submission of application forms for the post of Programmer and Assistant Programmer has been extended up to 24-07-2017. The terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.”

J&K RMSA invites job applications in prescribed format for the below mentioned posts on Contractual basis purely on Consolidated wages.

Job Vacancies: 50 Posts

I. State Cadre: 06 Posts

a) Programmer: 02 Posts
b) Assistant Programmer: 04 Posts

II. District Cadre: 44 Posts

a) Programmer: 22 Posts
b) Assistant Programmer: 22 Posts

Kindly note that for District Cadre posts, there is 1 Post for each District of J&K.

Pay Scale: As these are Contractual posts, applicants selected will be paid salary as per the below mentioned consolidated wages.

1. For Programmer (District Level): Rs. 22,000/Month
2. For Programmer (State Level): Rs. 14,100/Month
3. For Assistant Programmer: Rs. 13,500/Month

Eligibility: Applicants willing to apply for these posts in J&K RMSA must fullfill the following eligibility conditions.

i) Domicile: Applicant should be a permanent resident of J&K.

ii) Age Limit: Applicants willing to apply must have completed 18 years of age and maximum age should not exceed 40 years.

iii) Education Qualification: Applicants should fullfill the below mentioned post-wise qualification conditions:

a) Programmer: Applicant should have Completed MCA OR Engineering (in Information Technology / Electronics & Communications / Computer Engineering / Computer Science) from a recognised Indian University.

b) Assistant Programmer: Applicants should have Completed BCA OR Engineering (in Information Technology / Electronics & Communications / Computer Engineering / Computer Science) from a recognised Indian University.

Selection Process: The Selection process for the recruitment of these posts comprises of Written Test followed by Interview.

As per the official Notification, the following criteria for selection will apply:

i) Written Test: 80 Marks

ii) Interview: 20 Marks

Applicants should submit their applications in prescribed format only. Application Fee: Applicants need to pay Rs. 200 as application fees in the form of Bank Draft favouring “State Coordinator, RMSA J&K, payable at J&K Bank, Moving Secretariat. Physically Challenged Candidates and those belonging to Reserved categories are exempted from the payment of application fees.

Receipt of Application Forms: The duly filled-in Application form along with all the required documents and Demand Draft, should be submitted at the below mentioned address before 24th July, 2017 only through Speed Post with Proof of Delivery:
