NEW DELHI — National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) Department has issued a job advertisement notification to recruit Assistant Managers and Managers. All these posts are regular-based. Candidates should apply through online procedures only.

Post-Wise Details:

  • Assistant Managers (Grade ‘A’) in Rural Development Banking Service: 100 Posts
  • Managers (Grade ‘B’) in Rural Development Banking Service: 15 Posts

Due Date to receive Application Forms online is 13th April, 2016
Preliminary online exam will be held on 8th May, 2016
Main online exam will be held on 5th June, 2016

Pay Scale: Candidates, who get selected for above Assistant Manager, Managers Grade ‘B’ posts, will get remuneration from Rs. 17,100/- to Rs. 33,200/- per month.

Educational Eligibility: For Assistant Manager posts, a Bachelors degree or Masters degree or a Doctorate degree or PG Diploma. For Managers Grade ‘B’ posts, a first-class Masters degree or a Doctorate degree or a PG Diploma degree in a relevant discipline.

Age: 21 years to 30 years for Assistant Manager posts. 25 years to 35 years for Managers in Grade ‘B’ posts. 3 years age relaxation in upper age for OBC applicants, 05 years for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen applicants.

Application Fee: The application fee is nil for applicants belonging to the categories of SC/ST, PWD, and Female. For General, OBC applicants’ application fee is Rs. 650/- for Assistant Manager posts, Rs. 750/- for Manager in Grade ‘B’ Posts.

Selection Process: Engagement of above positions will be through Preliminary Exam, Main Exam followed by Personal Interview. Preliminary exam will be carrying 200 marks with time duration of 120 minutes while as the Main exam will consist one objective paper and a descriptive paper.
