Srinagar: State Government’s State Mission Directorate, ICDS / ICPS, J&K Recruitment 2017 has announced to employ five candidates from each district for two separate job positions.
There are as many as 110 job vacancies in the state as per the notification issued by the Directorate.
Applications are, therefore, invited from the eligible candidates for the following two separate Posts in every District.
01. Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee: One Post in each District
02. Member, Child Welfare Committee: Four Posts in each District

Terms & Conditions:
Out of four members of Child Welfare Committee to be employed under State Mission Directorate, ICDS / ICPS, J&K Recruitment 2017, one has to be a female and another expert on the matters concerning children. The Chairperson and Members shall be entitled to Rs. 1500 and Rs. 1000 per sitting respectively in addition to travelling allowances.
General Conditions:
I. Incomplete and /or applications received after the stipulated date shall be summarily rejected.
II. The applications of the candidates who don’t fulfil the eligibility criteria as described above shall be rejected.
III. Cases of misrepresentation / manipulations of records / documents etc in any manner shall be liable for prosecution.
IV. The decision of the State Level Selection-cum-Oversight Committee shall be final in the matter ancillary and incidental to the appointment of the applicants as Members of the Committee under State Mission Directorate, ICDS / ICPS, J&K Recruitment 2017.
V. The appointee shall be governed as per the terms and conditions laid down under the provisions of J&K Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2013 and Rules 2014 and as per the instructions issued from Government from time to time.
VI. This advertisement is NOT for a Government job.
VII. The Members of the Committee shall be paid such allowance as prescribed by Government. No other pay or allowances are admissible.
VIII. The person who is appointed as a Member of the Committee shall be appointed for a period of three years from the date of appointment.
