Srinagar: Cluster University Srinagar has announced CUS Admissions 2018 for Under-Graduate Courses.
Established under The Srinagar & Jammu Cluster Universities Act, 2016, the University is recognized by UGC under Act 1956.
Under this Admission Notification – III for Session 2018, online applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to Under-Graduate Courses for the academic session 2018 at the following Constituent Colleges (Schools) of the Cluster University Srinagar:
- S. P. College Srinagar (School of Sciences)
- A. S. College Srinagar (School of Humanities and Liberal Arts)
- Government College for Women, M.A. Road Srinagar (School of Engineering & Technology)
- A. A. A. Memorial Degree College, Bemina (School of Social Sciences)
The following UG Courses are being offered for admission:

Admission Procedure:
01. Candidates are required to fill-up online application form available on the University website cusrinagar.edu.in. Candidates who have any deficiency such as re-checking, re-valuation, late results (in case of CBSE students) or have a gap of one or more years shall also have to fill-up the online “Application form” available and submit it manually in the office of Constituent Colleges where the admission is sought. However, 3-Year BBA and BCA candidates will have to deposit the form in the office of the Cluster University Srinagar.
02. All programmes are full-time regular courses for the specified duration.
03. For courses, excluding BCA & BBA, admission shall be as per intake capacity of the individual Constituent Colleges.
04. For courses like BCA & BBA, the intake capacity is 60 in each programme. The admission to these two courses shall be based on a Common Entrance Test comprising of two papers:
- Common Aptitude Test: 50 Marks
- Subject Specific Paper (Syllabus 11th and 12th JKBOSE): 50 Marks
- Common Aptitude Test shall have 50 multiple-choice type questions comprising of General English (20 Questions); General Reasoning (20 Questions) and Mathematics (10 Questions).
- Subject Specific Paper shall also have 50 multiple-choice type questions.
- A copy of the syllabus of the subject specific paper can be downloaded from JKBOSE or from the website of Cluster University Srinagar.
- Reservation policy shall be followed as per University / State Government rules and regulations.
Note:
01. There will be a common merit list for 5-Year Integrated and 3-Year professional courses like BBA and BCA.
02. Students will be admitted as per their preference in the Integrated and 3-Year Programmes.
03. Students who have already applied for Integrated courses are also eligible for 3-Year Programmes.
