CUS directs 2nd & 4th Semester students to submit exam forms

Srinagar: Cluster University Srinagar has directed 2nd & 4th Semester students to submit their examination forms.

An examination notification issued on 16 January, 2019 by the University for backlog students of Semester II (UG and IG) Batch, 2017 reads, “It is notified for information of all the students of UG and IG Semester II Batch 2017, having backlog papers and who are continuing their studies in Semester III and IV in the Cluster University Srinagar, that their examination of Semester-II (backlog papers) shall be held along with the students appearing in the ensuing Semester-II examination of Session 2018 in the month of February 2019.”

All such students have been accordingly advised to submit their examination forms online along with prescribed fee.

The schedule for submission of online examination forms is as under:

I. Starting date for submission of examination forms is 21-01-2019.

II. Last date for submission of examination forms is 25-01-2019.

III. Last date for submission of examination form with late fee of Rs. 500 is 28-01-2019.

Such of the students who have failed or failed to appear in their Internal Assessments / Tutorials / Practicals shall report to the Principals of their respective Colleges for conduct of the same after fulfilling the requirements as the students failing in Internal Assessments / Tutorials / Practicals shall not be eligible to appear in the ensuing examination.

Note: No examination form shall be accepted after 28th January, 2019.

Meanwhile, another examination notification issued on 16 January, 2019 by the University for Semester IV (UG, IG, Honor’s and Professional Courses) Batch, 2017 reads, “It is notified for the information of all the students of UG, IG, Honor’s and Professional Courses of Semester-IV (Batch-2017), who could not submit their online examination forms because of certain reasons, that they shall submit their examination forms online from 21-01-2019 to 25-01-2019 along with late fee of Rs. 500/-.”

The students are directed to submit the hard copy of their downloaded examination forms in their respective Colleges by or before 31-01-2019.

Note: No examination form shall be accepted after 31st January, 2019.
