Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board has changed several General Teacher exam venues for May 20.
“The job aspirants appearing in the Objective Type Written Test for the posts of General Teachers on May 20, 2018 are intimated that the candidates taking up the exam in Govt. MPML Hr. Sec. School, Bagh-i-Delawar Khan, Baba Damb, Srinagar (Centre Code 8113) has been shifted to University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar,” reads a notification issued by the Board.
“Likewise, the students taking up the exam in Govt. Degree College, Paloura, previously functioning at old Engineering College near Commerce College, Jammu (Centre Code 9022) will read the address of the centre as Govt. Degree College, Paloura, Mishriwala, Jammu,” it further read.
Also. the centre located in Public High School, Baramulla (Centre Code 8302) has been shifted to Government College for Women, Baramulla and the centre located in NIELIT, Rangreth Budgam (Centre Code 8210) has been shifted to Bright Horizon Higher Secondary School, Humhama Budgam.
The candidates are intimated to visit JKSSB website for checking the notification issued in this regard.
Admit Cards already downloaded by the candidates would be valid for the new centres. There will not be any change with regard to timing and date of examination, which will remain same as shown on the Admit Cards.
No candidate, however, will be allowed to carry Calculator, Mobile Phone, Bluetooth Device, Paper, Notes, Book, Scanning Device, Pager, Headphone, Earplugs, Laptop, iPad, Tablet PC or any other computing / communication / electronic device like mobile / smartphones, smart watches or any other electronic gadgets inside the examination hall / room.
