Schedule for JKBOSE Class 12th Bi-Annual Exam 2017

Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education has issued the Schedule for conducting JKBOSE Class 12th Bi-Annual Exam 2017.

The notification issued in this regard states that the last date for deposition of forms with normal prescribed fee is February 20, 2017. The notification further reads:

It is notified for the information of all concerned stake holders in particular and the public in general that the schedule for submission of Permission-cum-Admission Forms and Statements of Enrollments completed in all respects and duly filled in on the prescribed formats pertaining to the eligible candidates of the affiliated academic institutions of Kashmir Division for the Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th), Examination, Session Bi-Annual 2017, shall be as under:

Schedule for Deposition and Description of Fee:

a. i. Last date with fee of Rs. 860/- per candidate: 20-02-2017

ii. Last date with late fee of Rs. 1030/- per candidate opting six subjects (5+1): 20-02-2017

b. Late fee for 1st count: Rs. 550/- per candidate with effect from 23-02-2017 to 04-03-2017

c. Late fee for 2nd count: Rs. 1405/- per candidate with effect from 08-03-2017 to 17-03-2017

Cost of Admission Form is Rs. 15/-

The concerned institutions shall avail preparation days for submission of fee / forms in the concerned Sub/Branch offices of JKBOSE i.e up to 22-02-2017 in case of (a) and up to 07-03-2017 in case of (b) above only.

Eligibility:

a. The Re-appear / Failure candidates of Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Examination Annual (Regular), 2016 and Re-appear / Failure candidates of all previous Sessions.

b. Fresh (Private) candidates who are otherwise eligible under governing Regulations.

Instructions and Guidelines for the Processing and Submission of the Permission-cum-Admission Forms / Fee and related Statement of Enrollments:

a. The candidate shall fill in the particulars and affix two latest digital coloured photograph on their respective Permission-cum-Admission Forms and submit the same in the concerned institution.

b. The Heads of the institutions are instructed to submit the Permission-cum-Admission Forms and Statement of Enrollments completed in all respects and duly filled on the prescribed formats along with forwarding letters in triplicate in the respective JKBOSE offices through their authorized representatives / Admission In-Charge only. The letters must indicate the number of candidates (enrolled & appearing) subject-wise and description of fee deposited in the Bank. Further, the Heads of the Institutions shall necessarily record Cell numbers of the candidates on their Admission Forms and Enrollments as well.

c. The Heads of the Institutions concerned shall also ensure that:

i. Particulars of only five candidates are filled on each side of the Enrollment page.

ii. Affix the latest digital coloured photograph of each candidate against his / her particulars on the Enrollment Form duly signed and stamped as well as sent-up list which remains with the Schools / Institutions for record and reference.

iii. Cover the photographs with quality transparent adhesive tape on Enrollment Form to avoid chance of misuse and impersonation.

iv. The fee, as prescribed above, shall be deposited by the Heads of the affiliated academic institution for the concerned candidates in the shape of “Bank Slip” to be obtained from the concerned JKBOSE office, pledged to the Chairman, the J&K State Board of School Education and deposited in the designated Branches of Jammu & Kashmir Bank.

Note: In case the last date/s for submission of fee / forms for JKBOSE Class 10th Bi-Annual Exam 2017 is declared as holiday, the next working day shall be treated as a last date.
