KU Distance Education: Admission forms for selected candidates available online

SRINAGAR — This is in continuation to the Selection Notification No. 01 issued by the Dy. Registrar, Dean Academic Affairs vide No. F/Admn-15/DAA/KU/15; Dated: 13-10-2015 regarding provisional selection list/s of the candidates who have applied for various P.G Courses/P.G Diploma and Certificate Course in Kashmiri offered by the Directorate of Distance Education. The selection lists are available on The Kashmir Pulse website here.

The admission forms of the selected candidates will be available on the official website of Kashmir University and the Directorate of Distance Education from 16-10-2015 (2:00 PM) to 27-10-2015.

The candidates are directed to produce the original documents for verification and enclose Photostat copies with the hard copy of the pre-filled admission form:

i. Two copies of the latest passport-size photographs.
ii. Marks certificate of qualification certificate (I/II/III).
iii. Matriculation Certificate for Date of Birth purposes.
iv. Category Certificate in original (if applicable).
v. Migration Certificate (if applicable).
vi. Affidavit from Executive or 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that the candidate is not pursuing another programme from Kashmir University or any other Univesity/Institution.
vii. The candidate depositing the required fee in any branch of J&K Bank on the slip which shall be automatically generated with the pre-filled form against A/C 0007010100002622 payable at J&K Bank, Hazratbal, Srinagar.

All the candidates are advised to submit their forms at the Directorate of Distance Education, University of Kashmir, and not any study centre.
