KU Notice regarding BG 1st, 2nd & 3rd Year Annual Examination Forms

Regular candidates shall have to submit their Examination forms along with the prescribed fee in their respective colleges and the college concerned shall be required to deposit the enrolment (Hard and soft copy), Examination Forms/Fee as well as Examination Forms/Fee of Fresh Private candidates within two days from the last date of submission of the Examination Forms of the above-mentioned classes in the Undergraduate Section of the Examination Wing of the University of Kashmir.

Fresh Private candidates hailing from the following zones whose Examination Forms are verified shall have to submit the same along with fee receipts in the below-mentioned colleges:

Central Kashmir: Govt. Women College, M.A Road, Srinagar; S.P College, Srinagar

South Kashmir: Govt. Degree College, Boys/Women, Anantnag

North Kashmir: Govt Degree College, Boys/Women, Baramulla

Not-verified candidates shall be required to submit their Examination Forms along with the prescribed fee in the Undergraduate Section of the Examination Wing of the University of Kashmir and they shall have to bring previous marks Certificates/Qualification Certificates with them for clearing their discrepancy, however, candidates hailing from Ganderbal District shall submit their Verified/Not verified Examination Forms with the prescribed fee in the Undergraduate Section of the Examination Wing, University of Kashmir.

Details of fee is reproduced below:

Rs 1000/- Rs 100 (EMF) + Rs 50/- (Heating & Lighting/Service Charges): Total Rs 1150/-

The college shall deposit the fee of Regular candidates in the form of two Demand Drafts according to the following details:

1. DD in favour of Registrar @ 1000 per candidate (Examination Fee)

2. DD in favour of Controller of Examinations @ Rs 113/- per candidate (Rs 100/-EMF+Rs. 13/- Service Charges)

3. Heating and lighting Charges @ 25/per candidate shall be retained by the College Principals for making necessary heating arrangements. Further, Examination Management Charges @ RS 12/- per candidate shall also be retained by the College Principals.

4. Fresh Private candidates shall be required to submit the Examination Fee in any branch of J & K Bank as per the details given on the fee slip attached with the Examination Form.
