SRINAGAR — The Office of the Principal at the Government College of Education, located on M.A. Road in Srinagar, has issued an urgent directive warning several B.Ed students that they risk being barred from their upcoming exams.
According to the official notification, a large number of students enrolled in the B.Ed course for the 2014-15 academic session currently have discrepancies in their registration records.
The college administration has instructed the affected students to immediately contact the Registration Section of the University of Kashmir in Srinagar. Students have been given a strict, three-day window to clear these issues.
The notice clearly states the consequences of inaction: “otherwise they are not eligible for Annual University Examination.” This strict measure comes in response to a recent communication from the University of Kashmir (Letter No:- F(Obj-List)Reg/KU/15, dated 16.01.2015).
A comprehensive list of the impacted roll numbers is provided in the notice. Affected numbers span across the entire batch, indicating a widespread issue that requires immediate attention from the student body.
Students of the 2014-15 session are strongly urged to review the notification to check if their roll number is listed. Those who find their numbers must act swiftly to secure their eligibility for the annual exams. For further inquiries, the college administration can be reached via their Tele-Fax at 0194-2479807.
