Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Thursday said that the class 10th, 12th result will take more than three weeks for declaration.
Talking to a news gathering agency, officiating chairperson, Board of School Education, Veena Pandita said that presently papers are being evaluated.
“The practical exams were concluded on December 10 and presently evaluation process is in progress,” Pandita said.
She added: “It will take at least 25 days for declaration of the result.”
The chairperson was reacting to rumors doing rounds on WhatsApp groups and web portals that the result would be declared in couple of days.
The rumour mongers had attributed the report to Education Minister, Syed Altaf Bukhari. (GNS)
