SKIMS Counselling for B.Sc Nursing/Technology Courses on 17 Jan

Srinagar: Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (Deemed University) has announced that it would conduct the next SKIMS Counselling for B.Sc Nursing/Technology Courses on 17th of January, 2019.

The Institute’s Academic Section issued a notification which reads, “The 2nd counselling for admission for B.Sc Nursing/Technology Courses Session-2018 is scheduled to be held on 17-01-2019 at 11:00 AM sharp in the Dean’s Office, SKIMS.”

The provisional list of selected and waiting candidates for second counselling is available on SKIMS website (www.skims.ac.in).

All the candidates are directed to present themselves before the counselling committee along with below-mentioned certificates in original and one set of photocopy of each certificate along with duly-filled Preference Form available as Annexure-B.

Documents / Certificates Required:

1. Hard Copy of Application Form with attested Photograph.
2. Duly-filled Preference Form. (Annexure-B).
3. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
4. 10+2 Marks Sheet.
5. Character cum Provisional Certificate.
6. Migration Certificate.
7. State Subject Certificate.
8. Category Certificate, if applicable.
9. Medical Fitness Certificate.
10. Affidavit (Attested by 1st Class Magistrate).

In case the concerned candidates fail to produce the above mentioned certificates on the stipulated time/date, their selection for admission shall be cancelled and resultant seats will be allotted to the next candidate as per merit.

In case any candidate fails to present himself/herself before the counselling committee on the scheduled date & time, the resultant seat will be allotted to the next candidate as per merit.

Nominee if any case shall produce the affidavit of authorization along with original identification proof of the candidate.

Candidates from waiting list are directed to bring required certificates with one set of Xerox except migration Certificate & Affidavit. The same can be submitted at the time of admission if selected.

Candidates who stand already admitted and are interested for up-gradation are hereby directed to approach Administrative Officer (Academic) through Dean of Medical Faculty along with application for up-gradation by or before 14-01-2019. The up-gradation shall be conducted strictly on the basis of preference already made in the preference form.
